Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when it leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times

Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order total. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Tracking & issues

Once shipped, use the tracking link in your email to follow your package. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and include your order number and photos.
